My name is Kara Boyles and I am running for City Council in Lafayette District 1. I am a wife and mother of two young children who lives in south Lafayette. I have worked at Bauer Family Resources doing social work in the Lafayette community and surrounding areas for five years. My family has lived In Lafayette for six years.
South Lafayette is a growing, diverse part of town. I want to help continue to make Lafayette a community people want to live in. Focusing on infrastructure and access to childcare and affordable housing will impact individuals living in our community and attract those looking to relocate. I am excited to listen to your stories and hear how you want to improve Lafayette!
